By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have legal parental or guardian consent, and that you are fully able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Program Development & Participation
Novexa regularly designs and launches programs, pilots, and initiatives — including wellness education, food recovery (ReNourish), coaching programs, and community-based services — to further our mission of building a healthier future.
By participating in any Novexa program, you acknowledge that:
Separate Agreements: Certain programs (especially those involving funding, contracts, or partnerships) may require separate agreements detailing scope, fees, ownership, and responsibilities.
Pilot & Beta Services: Some offerings may be launched as pilots or beta programs, which may change, pause, or end at Novexa’s discretion.
Ownership & Branding: Any materials, branding, software, or tools developed by Novexa as part of a program remain Novexa’s property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Community Impact Data: We may share aggregated and anonymized data from programs for research, reporting, or impact evaluation purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on Novexa websites, platforms, and materials, including branding, graphics, logos, text, templates, and tools is the intellectual property of Novexa LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
For collaborative or partner projects, ownership or licensing of any co-developed branding, tools, or materials will be defined in a separate agreement.
Fees & Payment
Certain programs, services, or subscription options may require payment, which will be clearly communicated in advance. Payment terms will be outlined in any relevant service or program agreements and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novexa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services, programs, or platforms.
