The Novexa Network.

A Worldwide Ecosystem for Inclusive Growth

Connecting Innovation to Impact — One Community at a Time
Novexa is building a national ecosystem to power bold, practical solutions in overlooked communities. Anchored in North Carolina and led by mission-aligned builders, small-town founders, and forward-thinking partners, the Novexa Network connects people, programs, and local assets to unlock shared opportunity.

Our model blends central strategy with distributed action — launching real-world pilots, developing scalable tools, and supporting ventures that communities can lead themselves. Whether we’re supporting a local business, activating a shared-use site, or co-developing training for rural talent, every step is designed to be lean, replicable, and rooted in place.

Who We Work With

We partner with people and organizations that want to turn ideas into infrastructure:

  • Local entrepreneurs and performers with bold, early-stage ideas

  • Nonprofits, civic groups, and schools seeking support with systems, design, or strategy

  • Employers and agencies looking to expand training or hire from untapped regions

  • Funders and foundations ready to back place-based programs with clear outcomes

  • Tech and service providers looking to pilot tools in real-world rural settings

Network Roles

Community Performers

The engine behind real-world innovation.
Performers are local changemakers — entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, or grassroots organizers — who work directly with Novexa to launch bold ideas that serve their communities.

Strategic Partners

The co-designers, co-funders, and co-builders.
Strategic Partners help us make programs possible and scalable. These are institutions that share our mission and want to invest in real impact.

Regional Nodes

Our boots-on-the-ground presence the ecosystem
Regional Nodes are physical hubs — coworking spaces, community centers, schools, or libraries — that serve as home bases for Novexa programs and pilots.

Partner Funded Innovation

In addition to our in-house programs, Novexa also works as a contracted partner to deliver custom pilots, workforce initiatives, or inclusive innovation strategies.

Organizations, agencies, and institutions often hire us to:

    •    Run custom pilots or design new solutions

    •    Deliver workforce training, bootcamps, or toolkits

    •    Consult on inclusive innovation or local economic strategy

We bring our full model — design thinking, rural systems insight, and community-first delivery — to everything we build, whether we own it or not.
