Our Services.

Where We Make Impact

Novexa is built around four core service areas — each designed to break down barriers to care and meet urgent needs in our communities. From mental health challenges and disability support to crisis response and in-home care, these services reflect the real-life gaps people face and the solutions we’re here to deliver.

Behavioral Health & Recovery

Compassionate mental health and recovery services that meet people where they are.

We provide trauma-informed mental health and substance use services designed to meet people where they are — emotionally, physically, and geographically. From outpatient therapy to peer support, we help individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction through compassionate care that promotes healing and long-term recovery.

Disability & Life Skills Support

Empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and with purpose.

We empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) to live with greater independence, dignity, and purpose. Our services include skill-building, personal care support, community engagement, and customized plans that help each person thrive at home and in life.

Crisis & Care Navigation

Rapid, person-centered support that brings clarity and connection in times of crisis.

In moments of crisis, we offer fast, human-centered support to stabilize situations and connect people to the right resources. Whether it’s emergency behavioral health support, housing challenges, or care coordination, our team helps individuals and families navigate complex systems and find a clear path forward.

Home & Community Care

Trusted care delivered at home and in the heart of the community.

We bring care into the places people feel safest — their homes and neighborhoods. Our non-medical home care and community-based support services are designed to help individuals maintain independence, avoid unnecessary hospitalization, and stay connected to the people and routines that matter most.
